Do I need to set up an account with you?

No, you don't. User registration on website is automatic for clients with any software purchased. Registered user can login using his eamil and password set during the first purchase.

How do I change and check my account details?

By logging in to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to access your account details. You will also have the option to upgrade purchased software, request a license for another domain or send support ticket.

I've forgotten my password

No problem - all you need to do is grab a password reminder. You can find this in the 'Login' section of the site. Simply click on the 'Forgot password' link, and we'll email it over to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal to process all our online order payments. PayPal is a major online merchant and you can make a payment without the need for a paypal account. Your payment can be made using a wide range of credit and debit cards directly on website. Alternative local payment methods like Bancontact, eps, giropay, iDEAL, MyBank, Przelewy24 and SOFORT are available as well.

Do you offer a free trial for a software product?

No. The software from is self-hosted. This means that after purchase, the user must download the software, upload it to his server, and use it in any reasonable way according to instructions available on Nuevodevel and Video,js websites. A self-hosted program becomes the user's property and is ready for use without limits, which excludes its use for a limited time.

Has my order been successful?

Once the order is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Depending on the time of day, we will activate your account, and you will receive an email about software ready to download. Our service is available 7 days a week, so activating a new account may take a few minutes to a maximum few hours.
If you miss an email from us, you can always try to login website using your email and password set during the purchase proccess to check if the software is ready for download.

How many domains I can register to use your software?

When purchasing our software, you can register only one domain. Once the software is puchased, you will be able to register the second domain for free. The software will not work on a domain that is not registered. Any time later, you can request a license for the next and next at a reduced price (about 50%) of the plan selected.
A registered domain name cannot be changed later. We can fix the domain name if you made a typo while registering it, but we will not accept any domain name change request for any other reason.
Once you download the software for a domain, it becomes your property forever. The license is an integral part of the software. It cannot be cancelled or replaced. 

Can I share the player files with my clients?

No. Player files loaded and executed on a non-registered domain will not work. However you can always allow users to embed (iframe) the player from a registered domain, just like Youtube, Vimeo, and many other services do.

Do you offer license free bulk orders?

Basically no. Under certain conditions, we can come to an agreement, and at a bulk price, we can create a limit of free domains to register by the user himself. Registering such a domain is a very fast and intuitive process.

Do you offer license free, white-label software?

The answer is definitive. No. Every domain must be registered.

What kind of support do you offer?

Support may concern only products by The Company is not responsible for performance issues caused by low-performance End-User computers, low-bandwidth End-User Internet connections, periodic network congestion among network providers, low-bandwidth connectivity for images and video sources, corrupted or not supported media formats.
The Company does not provide programming services. User or User's company shall have enough experience to properly configure code in the User's web environment.The company offers online documentation, dozens of demo examples with a code tutorials. The software delivered to the user includes multiple clean HTML examples, each with code tutorial.
The company provides email support. Support may concern software basic setup issues and layout issues, if only the user provides enough details about his configuration. In most cases, this is possible only if we can see the user's website page with the player and the issue.Support is limited for projects developed in server-side frameworks like React, Vue or Angular.
Support may concern scripts and CSS skins, not video.js player script. Video.js script manages media streaming and media playback, processes text, audio, and video tracks. If you find issues with media playback or tracks, you may consider reporting them on video.js project's page.

Do you offer custom programming services?

Unfortunately not. First of all, we are focused on current development and software support, so our working time is highly limited. Also, custom programming for individual clients is usually too expensive for the client and not profitable for the developer.

Do you offer setup tutorial for my CMS

Unfortunately not. There are thousands of possible CMSs, CMS themes and users' individual projects. It is not possible to offer setup tutorials for each. The User or User's company shall have enough experience to install software in his environment, according to online documentation and multiple demos.
