If we cannot see the player on website, it is practically impossible to provide any reasonable advice and your help request may be ignored. Do not send us image or video screenshots. It's completely useless in almost every case.
If you experience the trouble with the player setup, before you write to support, please carefully check for 404 errors and proper order of scripts applied. Every popular desktop browser has developer console and it is very easy to verify website page against errors or check HTML generated output.
